Leicester Print Workshop is proud to support Arts Award, inspiring young people to grow their arts and leadership talents.
What is Arts Award?
Arts Award is a range of unique qualifications that support young people, enabling them to connect and take part in the wider arts world. We are registered to deliver Arts Award Discover and Arts Award Explore here at LPW.
Arts Award Discover In a Day is an introductory award. This one day course is designed for children aged 8 -11 years.
Inspired by our exhibitions programme, children will have the opportunity to achieve an Arts Award Discover In a Day, and:
- Meet an Artist
- Engage with our exhibitions
- Create their own prints
- Reflect on their day with family at a mini exhibition at the end of the day

In person: Call in to Leicester Print Workshop during our opening hours (Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm) to book and pay by card, cash or cheque.
